Unthread’s integration with Hubspot creates a two-way connection between the two systems.\n\n## How it works\n\nThe Hubspot integration currently has two main functions: syncing Account configuration to Unthread Customers and pushing tracked Slack conversations into Hubspot in the Account activity feed.\n\n### Account syncing\n\nOnce installation is complete, Accounts from Hubspot will begin syncing to Unthread. The Account name and support rep will be used for the Unthread customer name and primary support rep. Assignment rules will run automatically when a new conversation is created and will run until a response is given to the customer. Escalation paths and SLAs can be set on a per-customer basis, so you can set different rules depending on your relationship with that account.\n\n## Configuring SLAs\n\nSLAs are the primary way to set rules to ensure an initial response to a customer. These SLAs are set on a per-project basis and can be configured using the following steps:\n\n1. Navigate to the “Settings” menu in the left sidebar\n2. This can be a helpful ping for forgetful folks!\n\n### Post conversation to triage channel\n\nThis will automatically triage the message to an internal channel for further discussion. You’ll define the triage channel globally on your main settings page.\n\n## Managing Eligible Assignees\n\nBy default, anyone in your account’s email domain with the “Agent” or “Owner” role will be eligible to be assigned tickets, and anyone outside of the domain is considered a “Customer.” Standard is the default role for any users added to a project and only allows users to comment on tickets. Customer messages will trigger tickets if you have [automatic ticket tracking](https://docs.unthread.io/conversations/convo-track) enabled. Anyone on your team who is eligible for assignments will be assigned conversations when they respond, and it will automatically change the status of the conversation to “In progress”.\n\n### Channel-level Eligibility\n\nMembers of a channel are marked as a “Customer”, meaning their messages trigger new tickets, or an “Agent”, meaning their responses will move tickets to in progress. Select the **no max** option which will cause this cycle to continue or **rotate** amongst your team members.\n\nUnthread uses Round Robin to distribute tickets evenly among the team members.\n\n## Cross-Regional Support Teams\n\nMany customers seek the ability to assign cross-regional support based on operating hours. For example, you may have a team in New York and another in London that should be able to collectively address customer issues around the clock.\n\n## To enable cross-regional support, follow these steps:\n\n### Enable Away Tracking\n\nFirst, you’ll need to enable away tracking so Unthread can automatically determine team member availability based on their Slack status.
